On May 6, 2019, the Midland (MI) City Council approved its Center City Authority budget authorizing an additional $200,000 in funding to be earmarked for the city’s Facade Improvement Program. The program provides matching funds to local businesses that, among other projects, plan to upgrade their storefronts and signage.
