Spurred by the success of the nearby Bishop Arts District in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood, the Wynnewood Village shopping area will be getting a $21 million upgrade. Local merchants are excited by the prospect of expanded business activity from renovation of this shopping area which has existed since the 1940s but had fallen into decline in more recent years.
